Eager Leader

This Training Course will be in Veresegyház in the youth centre, the language is English with Hungarian facilitator and it is for active youngsters who would like to become leaders for youth exchanges and/or local activities. It is divided in 4 levels: beginner, middle down, middle up and expert. We are going to give to each one specific competences to be a good youth leader. The approach is non-formal, the methodology is learning by doing and the participants they will follow specific and practical task to learn properly educational tools with fun and meaningfully.
Every level will be during a weekend starting from Friday afternoon and finish on Sunday late afternoon. The participants will sleep in the Youth Centre and they will cook together.
The trainers are experts on this sector and several years of experience.
Bruno Pizzini, Italian and expert Salto-Youth trainer from Hungarian National Agency.
Lauko Szofi Hungarian, expert project manager and project designer she has lead for several years’ Youth Centre in Budapest for Rom community.
Lilla Horváth, Hungarian, youth worker and expert in youth exchange and dynamics of groups.

At the end of each weekend we release a certificate of participation.

Anyone who is really motivate can participate and be part of our Pool of Leaders.
The benefit are several:
– be part of our pool leaders can apply on the projects as a group leaders;
– usually a group leader of MOPKA doesn’t pay any fee or, if the project permit, we can provide a compensation;
– can collaborate and participate on any Training Course or other projects of MOPKA;
– we are promoting your achieved competences, among other Eurodesk Partners;
– we can make a letter of recommendation for your Curriculm Vitae;

To participate we need your registration. Eager leader is an investment of time and money on the new generation of youth leaders. We ask to the participants to contribute actively.

Who can participate?
Youngsters: 18 – 35 years old
Cost: 10000 Ft

2018 May 25 – 27 => 1° Level
2018 June 15 – 17 => 2° Level
2018 September 7 – 9 => 3° Level
2018 October => 4° Level
